How We Coach: The Co-Adaptation Loop

You don't train alone. Neither does the AI. Every decision is a conversation between your data, our system's analysis, and Filip's coaching judgment. This is supervised AI — transparent, accountable, and human-centered.

The OZIM Framework

Optimization of Zone-Integrated Metadaptation — an interdisciplinary model that bridges sports physiology, data science, and artificial intelligence to create a truly personalized training system. Developed through academic research in collaboration with AWF Katowice.

Zone Integration

Five physiological training zones mapped to individual metabolic thresholds — not generic percentages. Each zone is calibrated through real data: FTP tests, lactate curves, and HRV analysis.

Metadaptation

A second-order adaptation model that tracks how your body responds to training stimuli over time. The system learns your recovery patterns, stress tolerance, and performance peaks.

Human–AI Co-Adaptation

Unlike black-box AI systems, OZIM keeps the athlete and coach in the loop. The AI proposes; the human decides. Every recommendation is explainable and adjustable.

Physiological Layers

OZIM integrates biological (heart rate, power, lactate), metabolic (nutrition, body composition), and psychological (RPE, motivation, sleep) data into a unified athlete model.

Predictive Analytics

Machine learning models trained on endurance athlete data predict performance outcomes, injury risk, and optimal training load — weeks in advance.
